Bookings
Most bookings taken on Petsocare happen outside business hours. Set your rules once, covering durations, deposits, capacity and cancellation windows, then let people book against them at ten at night.
A client's view of your calendar. Try booking one.
Nothing here is a Petsocare default you have to live with. Every one of these is a setting.
Per service, per size, per breed. A slot is only offered if the whole job fits before closing.
A percentage, a flat amount, or the full price for first-timers. Paid to you, not held by us.
Free until 48 hours out, deposit retained after that. Enforced automatically, so you never have to argue it.
Fifteen minutes between dogs, thirty between house calls, a radius beyond which nothing is offered.
Places per day, per size class, per staff member. Two large dogs an afternoon and no more.
Vaccination status, bite history, matting, medication. Answered before you accept the booking.
An empty two-hour slot is the most expensive thing in a service business. Four mechanisms work on it, and they run whether or not you remember to.
Set your rules in an afternoon and take bookings that evening. Listing is free and every booking pays out in full.
